Eric is Board Certified in Civil Trial law by the Florida Bar. He was also recognized in 2008, 2009 and 2011 by being named as a "Florida Super Lawyer" in insurance law. He was one of approximately 20 lawyers statewide to receive this prestigious recognition. Eric was proud to also received accolades from honorable colleagues in the legal community when he was recognized as a recipient of the Bronze Patriot Award from the Florida Justice Association (formerly known as Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers).

Eric seeks to contribute to the legal profession through his active participation of various legal organizations. In 1999, he served as the President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association (formerly known as Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers). He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. From 1997-2001, he served as a member of the Medical-Legal Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is also a current member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association Professionalism Committee. Eric has lectured extensively to other lawyers in the areas of personal injury and insurance law.
