Our firm limits its practice to the following types of cases:

• Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.
  We aggressively pursue injury cases of all types, including cases involving automobile collisions, falls, defective products, medical malpractice and workplace injuries.
• Insurance Coverage Disputes
  We represent individuals in claims against insurance companies. These types of cases include disability and health insurance claims, life insurance claims and automobile insurance claims.
• HMO Claims
  We represent individuals in claims against health maintenance organizations (HMO’s). Typical cases include the failure to authorize treatment and wrongful cancellations of coverage.

Cases are accepted on a contingency fee basis. This allows an individual to obtain competent representation without having to pay attorneys’ fees on an hourly basis.
